The primary school “Sveti Joakim Krchovski” from Kriva Palanka is the biggest primary school in our town. It is consisted of 2 school buildings in the centre of the town and 12 village school buildings situated in the villages near our town. There is also one music school specialized only for music which is situated in the centre of the town in separate building. Students are age from 6 to 15. The total number of the students attending the school is 912 and the total number of the teachers working at the same school is 112.

The following subjects in the school are obligatory: Macedonian, English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, PE, Art, Music. Students can choose between German, French, Religious Education, and ICT.

Our school has experience in Erasmus+ programmes, and we also have projects on different topics

Our school have been awarded with Green flag twice in the past years and due to this we are considered as ECO school.

Our school buildings are recently renovated, and we have 3 sports halls in the central buildings. Classrooms are well equipped too (IT equipment, smart board, laptops, computers,… that can ensure project accomplishment).
